Step 2:
The ESS-13 is pumped into a water truck.
Our on-site representative determines the correct mixture of
water and ESS-13.
Step 1:
Environmentally safe ESS-13 is delivered to the
jobsite in 55-gallon drums.
Step 3:
The water truck sprays the mixture of ESS-13 and
water onto the soil.
Step 11:
The treated soil is protected from erosion as
the pond is filled with water.
Step 10:
The treated, compacted soil is kept moist until
the lake is filled with water.
Step 9:
A hand compactor compacts around all structure
that penetrate the treated soil lining.
Step 8:
A sheepsfoot compactor compacts the soil to the
proper density.
Step 7:
A dozer evenly distributes the soil in preparation
for the compaction.
Step 6:
The scraper lays down the treated soil in the
lake.
Step 4:
The soil, water, and ESS-13 are blended into a
uniform mixture at the appropriate moisture content.
Step 5:
When the stockpiled soil is outside the lake,
a scraper transports the treated soil to the lake.
